MODEL E.L.F. 2000 CARTON SEALER

A.E. RANDLES E.L.F. 2000 SEALER is a horizontal end load style carton flap sealer. The operator will open the carton, load the product, tuck the dust flaps and place the carton into the lugs. From there, the operator pushes two buttons to start the cycle where the carton flaps are glued, plowed down and run through a compression section. Changeover time for different sizes is about ten (10) minutes. The machine is fully guarded using lexan type guards, aluminum skins and proximity switches.

Carbon steel frame & all manufactured parts are painted with "Steel-it" brand epoxy primer & paint. (Shafts are stainless steel, skins are aluminum, and any components that touch the carton are stainless steel or plastic.)
