We are building a hand load horizontal cartoner. The new machine will feature a 3 head rotary feed, steel tube frame, Nordson Problue glue unit and an Allen Bradley Plc and touchscreen. Look for the machine at Pack Expo Las Vegas in 2007.

RANDLES CARTON SEALER

A.E. Randles ELF 2000 Carton Sealer is available for purchase or lease. Your worker loads the product into the sleeve or end load carton and places it in the lugs of the machine. Two buttons are pressed simultaneously and the flaps are glued and sealed, ejecting the carton out onto your product conveyor. Fits a wide range of sizes with no change parts. Quick size change. MODEL HMC-900 CLOSER

The model HMC-900 Closer is designed to close a variable range of tri-seal cartons in a small 4′ x 10′ area of floor space. The A E. Randles Company has built simple adjustments into the HMC-900, requiring only a few change parts for each size, and changeover time of 30 minutes or less.
